Rich Brecht brings 20+ years of Contact Center experience to J&P Cycles.

Rich Brecht brings 20+ years of Contact Center experience to J&P Cycles. His experience over the years includes launching and supporting customer support programs for 20 of the current Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure as Director of Teleservices, he led a customer care program for a large telecommunications organization that received the first ever "Gold Echo Award" awarded to a call center by the DMA (Direct Marketing Association). Mr. Brecht has managed workforce planning for as many as 2,000 employees in four 800 seat call centers, as well as launching multiple "University" style training and certification programs geared towards maximizing organizational development.

Currently Rich is responsible for overseeing all forms of customer interaction including Phone calls, Web Chats, E-mails, and Social Media. He also manages Workforce Planning, ACD Administration, Corporate Training, Quality and Data Processing. Mr. Brecht is currently working on his Bachelors in Business and is actively involved in coaching youth baseball; his other personal interests include; mountain biking, Hawkeye football and playing drums for 2 local bands.
