Tim Barcz

Tim graduated Summa Cum Laude with honors distinction at Central College and holds a degree in Computer Science.

Tim is a graduate of Central College and holds a degree in Computer Science. He graduated as the top computer science student and in the top of his class, graduating Summa Cum Laude and with honors distinction. He is actively involved in the internet and software communities and often speaks at industry events.

Mr. Barcz has over 10 years of experience in the software field, ranging from embedded systems and microcontrollers to websites. In 2009 he was nominated and accepted to join an invite-only group of professionals who collaborate with Microsoft on product roadmap and direction for the Microsoft .NET platform. In October of 2009 Tim was additionally awarded Microsoft’s prestigious MVP award for excellence in C# - an award held by only ~200 people worldwide. He also is the President of a local developer group and sits on a leadership team that puts on Iowa Code Camp twice each year, the largest single day developer events in Iowa.

Currently Tim manages all of J&P’s online presences and internet marketing efforts. He manages the developers and designers responsible for the J&P Cycles website. Tim is also responsible for all internet marketing efforts and business development initiatives including advertising programs, paid search, search engine optimization, and website usability.
