Zach Parham

Zach has been involved in the motorcycle industry his entire life. Zach attended his very first motorcycle swamp meet at the age of 6 weeks, and at the age of 5 was selling merchandise to customers along with his father. Zach received his first motorcycle at the age of 10 as a Christmas gift from his parents, after that there was no going back, riding was in his blood. He started traveling to Sturgis riding behind his father at the age of 13, and at the age of 16 rode his own Sportster with his father and has never missed riding to Sturgis since that time.

Zach started at J&P working in the warehouse, picking and packing orders. Zach soon realized that he was interested in interacting with the customers more so he was moved into the Retail Showroom. This was great experience for him in learning how everything works at J&P. He also had the opportunity of working the rallies during breaks from college over the summer months and on winter breaks which strengthened his knowledge of running the business.

When Zach graduated from Wartburg, he was moved into the Retail Manager position overseeing both Iowa and Florida Retail facilities. He earned the respect of his fellow employees working right alongside of them. As time went on, Zach moved into the operations part of the business, leading the Retail, Inventory, Warehouse, and Call Center departments.

In 2010 Zach Parham was promoted to VP of Operations and currently is serving as General Manager over the entire company.

Zach enjoys spending time with family, riding motorcycles and playing on local sports teams. In college, he volunteered his services to do tax returns for less fortunate people during his junior and senior year. Along with John and Jill Parham, Zach is a strong supporter of Camp Courageous of Iowa a year-round respite care and recreational facility for individuals of all ages with disabilities.
