One way to promote creative solutions and receive extra effort from our team members
is to make sure the people behind them are recognized.
Each month Team Player Awards
are given to 3 individuals who have made a contribution by going above and beyond the
normal scope of their job. This form of contribution confirms the dedication and
commitment these honored team members have made in keeping J&P Cycles®
a great place to work.
5, 10, 15, 20... years of Service - are recognized on the Anniversary date and awards
are presented at the year end Holiday Party.
J&P's Annual Team Member Appreciation
Day is held in the spring, with the leadership team grilling and serving
lunch to rest of the staff. Each Department dresses their leaders in a costume.
It's a fun way to say thank you to our team members.
