One way to promote creative solutions and receive extra effort from our employees
is to make sure the people behind them are recognized.
Our Team Player Award is
given to those who have made a contribution going above and beyond the normal scope
of their job, by working together with others as a team, to achieve the results
they need. It is awarded based on a Managers/Supervisors recommendation. This form
of contribution confirms the dedication and commitment the honored employee has
to making J&P Cycles® the best it can be.
The warehouse presents a Safety Award
to an employee who has displayed an extra effort towards improving the overall safety
of the facility. By suggesting a new idea or identifying a potential safety hazard,
we can insure a safe work environment for all of our valued employees. The nominations
are made by the Safety Committee and voted on by Senior Management.
5, 10, 15, 20... years of Service - are recognized on the Anniversary date and awards
are presented at the year end Holiday Party.
J&P's Annual Employee Appreciation
Day is held in the spring, with the managers grilling and serving lunch
to their employees. Each Department dresses their managers and supervisors in costume.
It's a fun way to say thank you to our employees.
