We have a little fun too!! The first Friday in April starts our fun with "Employee Appreciation Day". The Managers and Supervisors are "dressed-up" by the rest of the employees in their departments and then have the opportunity of cooking and serving lunch that day to all the rest of the employees. The last Saturday in June is our Open House and the entire company gets involved. J&P Cycles^® invites their customers, vendors, and friends to come out for a day of summer fun. A bike show, Motorcycle Rodeo events, entertainment, free lunch, and huge merchandise discounts are just a few examples of what the event has to offer. As the season changes into fall and winter, there are a few more exciting events. On Halloween, we have a contest for the best costume. The winner is awarded a gift certificate after the employees have voted. Employees flock to the potluck dinner each Thanksgiving to share in the holiday spirit. At Christmas time, each department participates in a Holiday Treat Day. Santa makes sure to visit J&P to say “Hello” to customers and employees with eager children each year as well. We have a fantastic Holiday Party to celebrate the end of another successful year at J&P Cycles^®.
