Events and Celebrations
We have a little fun too!! The first Friday in April starts our fun with "Team Member
Appreciation Day". The leadership team is "dressed-up" by the rest of the team members
in their departments and then have the opportunity of cooking and serving lunch that

The last Saturday in June is our Open House Rally and the entire company gets involved.
J&P Cycles® invites their customers, vendors, and friends to
come out for a day of summer fun. A bike show, Motorcycle Rodeo events, entertainment,
free lunch, and huge merchandise discounts are just a few examples of what the event
has to offer. Attendance continues to grow each year with visitors coming from all over

As the season changes into fall and winter, there are a few more exciting events. On Halloween,
we have a contest for the best costume. The winner is awarded a gift certificate after the team
members have voted. The yearly Chili Cook-off follows in November, where departments compete
for a chance at bragging rights and the traveling Chili Cook-off trophy.
Team members flock to the potluck dinner each Thanksgiving to share in the
holiday spirit. At Christmas time, each department participates in a Holiday Treat Day. Santa
makes sure to visit J&P to say “Hello” to customers and team members with eager children each
year as well. We have a fantastic Holiday Party to celebrate the end of another successful
year at J&P Cycles®.
